Dental Cleanings

Dr. Trolley considers brushing and flossing twice a day, especially if using a Sonicare™ toothbrush and a Waterpik®, and professional dental cleanings twice a year essential for keeping your mouth healthy. Dental cleanings can be combined with your routine oral exam and help maintain your oral health, as well as prevent future dental issues.

Fluoride Treatment

Though fluoride treatments are most commonly associated with children, they can be just as beneficial for adults. Our professional-strength fluoride rinses can prevent tooth decay when performed twice a year. These rinses are much more powerful than over-the-counter fluoride products and can be used to protect your teeth between dental visits. For those patients with tooth sensitivity, fluoride can be used to help desensitize teeth and relieve symptoms. 

Sealants

Sealants are also frequently recommended for children, though they can offer effective cavity prevention for patients of any age. Used to cover the crevices along the chewing surface of the back teeth, sealants serve as an extra safety measure against cavities and bacteria growth.

Oral Cancer Screenings

Oral cancer screenings are an important component to taking care of your teeth and gums. Since oral cancer does not exhibit symptoms in its earliest stages, screenings by a dentist can be essential to early detection.
